                  1. Oh, no not at all! Sorry was just joking haha. Pretty deadpan joke lol πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈπŸ€£πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸπŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™

                    1. Bed?? Sleep?? Chance would be a fine thing lol! Routine is so out of whack it’s unreal πŸ˜’

Yeah, I know the feeling. I come across as a bad bitch and, don’t get me wrong, I’m glad I get that side of me out here – but I’m a people pleasing pussy cat really, underneath it all πŸ˜‰πŸ˜πŸ–€

                    2. Routine out because of the election? I got onto a midwestern US body clock over the course of that, lol. Watching NBC live on youtube and slowly becoming slightly Americanised (but still spelling that word with an ‘s’). I tried to fix it yesterday by staying up until 8pm, planning to get up for 4am. But I took 2 sleeping tablets + Sertraline, then slept about 14 hours, then 6 hours more πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ. So I guess I’m staying up for another 24 hours lol.

Great thing though, was that I woke up and finally the election count had changed and it was over πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†.

Hahaha! That’s a good idea actually getting the bad side out on here. I had assumed you were just always like that 🀣🀣. πŸ’™

                    3. Nah, routine out of whack with changed shift patterns at work and just not getting out and about enough to tire myself out.

I’ve always suffered with insomnia but COVID restrictions have played havoc with what little night time sleep I do get. Ach well, it’ll right itself come time I’m sure.

The US election was a welcome relief. And a result worth waiting for in so many ways!!! πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ–€

                    4. That sucks β˜ΉοΈπŸ’™. Yeah actually, if antidepressants hadn’t fixed my sleeping, I’d have been having exactly the same nightmare. It’s so weird how my lifelong insomnia was fixed just like that with the Sertraline. Vindicating in a way, tooβ€” I KNEW I was lacking all these brain chemicals which required so much exercising to obtain.

So many people must be suffering with restlessness from trying to do their jobs from homeβ€” for people like us, it’s just not feasible or sustainable. I keep hoping you can make some progress with the insomnia πŸ€—.

It really was!! Yeah man those 5 days were tortuous πŸ˜†. A very strange path it followed. And what’s following is also unprecedented and surreal :|.

                    5. Fingers crossed there will be some improvement come time and I’ll be back to my usual 4-5 hours a night

And yes, still like watching a political spoof movie over there.
Just feel so awful for all those people affected by one man’s psychopathy… πŸ˜žπŸ–€

                    6. Fingers crossed! πŸ™πŸ’™

Yeah… actually jeez I found some telling news clips on youtube of US news presenters showing some really personal expressions of their emotion about the situation. I guess for me I’ve always viewed trump in this way, and he stopped surprising me ages ago because it’s all written in his personality. But I guess it hit them anew how ridiculous and toxic he is, with this absolute pinnacle of his displays of it. And yeah it must hit home a lot harder actually being over there.
